Extras on the 1-disc DVD will include a filmmaker commentary, featurettes (”The Tech of Monsters vs Aliens”, “Modern Monster Movie Making”), 3 deleted scenes (”Monger’s Plan”, “War Room Turns on Monsters”, “If You Don’t Know”), a DWA Music Video Juke Box, and Top Secret Sneak Peak Files (”How To Train Your Dragon”, “Shrek The Musical”, “Kung Fu Panda World, “The Penguins of Madagascar”, “Shrek The Halls”, “Secrets of the Furious Five”, “Monsters vs Aliens Activision Game Trailer”). Universal Home Video has announced DVD and Blu-ray ($39.98) releases of State of Play which stars Russell Crowe, Ben Affleck, Rachel McAdams and Helen Mirren. Each will be available to own from the 1st September. The only extra material on the DVD release will be a Making of State of Play featurette, and deleted scenes. The Blu-ray release will include both those features, along with additional U-Control (”Picture in Picture”, “Washington, D.C. Locations”) and BD-Live (”My Scenes Sharing”, “Download Center”) features.

• Warner Home Video has officially announced a 1-disc DVD, a 2-disc Director’s Cut DVD, and a 2-disc Director’s Cut Blu-ray release of Watchmen. Each will be available to own from the 28th July. As far as we know, no extra material will be included on the 1-disc DVD release. The 2-disc DVD will include a The Phenomenon: The Comic that Changed Comics featurette, 30 minutes of Video Journals, a My Chemical Romance Desolation Row music video, and a digital copy of the theatrical version. The Blu-ray release will include all of that, along with 2 additional featurettes ("Real Super Heroes, Real Vigilantes", "Mechanics: Technologies of a Fantastic World"), 30 minutes of Watchmen Focus Points, and a Warner Bros. Maximum Movie Mode.

Early details have emerged on DVD and Blu-ray releases of The International which stars Clive Owen and Naomi Watts. Each will be available to own from the 9th June. Extras on the DVD will include an audio commentary with Director Tom Tykwer and Writer Eric Singer, 4 featurettes (”The Making of The International”, “Shooting at the Guggenheim”, “The Autostadt”, “The Architecture of The International”) and deleted scenes. The Blu-ray release will include all that, along with a digital copy of the film, and a picture-in-picture track with behind the scenes footage, interviews, and location shots.
